📢 We are searching for a vibrant and career-driven Recruiter to join us on a work-from-home basis.

📃Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for various roles within the company.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective job descriptions.
  • Use a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract top talent.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth process.
  • Assist in negotiating offers and managing the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and institutes.
  • Stay up to date with recruitment trends, market conditions, and new sourcing techniques.

🎓Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach to recruitment.

⭐Preferred:

  • Background experience in BPO, Call Centre, or ESL.
  • Experience with bulk recruitment.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices.
