📃Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for various roles within the company.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective job descriptions.
- Use a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract top talent.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth process.
- Assist in negotiating offers and managing the onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and institutes.
- Stay up to date with recruitment trends, market conditions, and new sourcing techniques.
🎓Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- A proactive and results-driven approach to recruitment.
⭐Preferred:
- Background experience in BPO, Call Centre, or ESL.
- Experience with bulk recruitment.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices.
